The True Value Country Showdown is one of the most anticipated events in County music.
It all starts with home town country talent contests. Local winners advance to one of forty state contests.

Prizes include 1,000 cash and the opportunity to compete at one of the six  regional showdowns. Winners at the regional level are flown all expenses paid to the National Finals
in Nashville , where they compete for the coveted grand prize and the coveted National title.

Vernal's showdown is one of our communities most exciting events and will be held this year at Vernal TrueValue parking lot the First week of July, pre show at 7pm, contestants at 7:30.
